Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

1. Shipping
We currently ship within Israel only. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and carrier. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 5741–1981, all orders will be delivered no later than 10 days from order confirmation. If we cannot meet this deadline, you will be notified and entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.
2. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in resaleable condition with original packaging.
- How to start a return: Contact us at carsm0delbyjoseph@gmail.com with your order number. We will tell you how to send the item back.
- Refund: Once we receive and approve the return, we will refund you to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive the item. We will not charge you any fees for the refund.
- Return shipping: Unless we have made an error or the item is faulty, return shipping is at your cost. We will not refund the original delivery cost if you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard offer.
- Non-returnable items: Certain items (e.g. personalised goods or items marked non-returnable) may be excluded; this will be stated on the product page.
3. Cancelling Before Shipment
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped by contacting us at carsm0delbyjoseph@gmail.com. Please include your order number. Once we confirm cancellation, we will refund any payment already taken, using the same payment method, without undue delay (and in any event within 14 days of our confirming the cancellation).
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 5741–1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771–2010, Israeli consumers are entitled to cancel a transaction within fourteen (14) days of delivery by written notice to carsm0delbyjoseph@gmail.com. We will refund the amount paid, less a cancellation fee not exceeding 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. Return shipping in such cases is at the consumer's cost unless the goods are defective or misdescribed.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate; in such cases we typically cover return shipping.
